White gold pocket watch accompanied by a white gold chain

A very fine and very rare, thin, 18 carat white gold keyless pocket watch. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe 18 carat white gold chain and fob and a leather pouch. Made by Patek Philippe, Genève, Circa 1970.
Three-body, razor, polished and brushed case with hinged inset bow. Matte silver dial with applied white gold baton indexes and Roman 12 o’clock and white gold baton hands.
Movement stamped twice with the Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, Geneva Striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber and self-compensating blued steel flat balance spring.
Dial, case and movement signed, fob signed.
