A Swiss 14K yellow gold open faced keyless pocket lever watch, circa 1945. This watch features a mechanical lever movement, signed Vacheron & Constantin Swiss, and 17 jewels. Its silver dial, signed by Vacheron & Constantin Genève, has applied gold Arabic hour markers, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and gold baton hands. The polished 14K yellow gold case has a snap on case back.

The case is generally in good condition, showing some surface wear consistent with its age and having been previously polished. The crystal has a few minor surface scuffs. The dial is in excellent condition, with an attractive signature and track in raised enamel; it appears to have never been serviced. The movement is currently running well. Vacheron Constantin confirmed that the movement number corresponded to a manufacturing date of 1945, and the mechanical component was sold separately.
