The watch is unique in this version and was probably made in this form in 1929 at the request of a customer. Vacheron only supplied the work, as the extract from the archive shows. The case comes from the famous Geneva manufacturer Moulinié, Bautte & Cie and is almost 100 years older than the movement. The case was completely adapted to the “new” movement in 1929, i.e. winding and pointer setting via the crown and the dial was also made in 1929.

Signed: Vacheron & Constantin à Genève
