A thin Swiss platinum open faced Cartier’s montre couteau style keyless dress watch, circa 1920. The rhodium plated, extra adjusted lever movement is stamped with the Geneva quality mark. The dial with an engine turned center, black Breguet hour numerals on a silvered chapter ring and original spade hands. The knife edged case with a hinged back.
