Thin two-colour platinum pocket watch

A fine and rare, thin two-colour platinum and 18 carat yellow gold keyless dress watch with extra quality movement and Breguet numerals. Made for the Grogan Company, Pittsburgh by Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, Circa 1928.
Three-body and polished case with yellow gold bezel and beaded band, platinum snap-on case back with yellow gold rim, engraved initials WSL in a cartouche and the interior with an engraved dedication dated 1928.
Brushed silver dial with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, outer engraved dot minute divisions and blued steel Breguet hands.
Rhodium-plated, Geneva Striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed, movement also signed for Grogan Company.
