A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat yellow gold keyless pocket watch with chronograph and counter, circa 1910.  Yellow gold chronograph with Breguet numerals. Made by Patek Philippe & Cie
Four-body polished case, hinged gold cuvette engraved with Josè Manuel Cortina, Habana, Cuba, 1 Agosto 1913. The back cover decorated with the blue enamel monogram JMC (for Josè Manuel Cortina).
White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minutes divisions with Arabic markers and subsidiary dials for the seconds and 30 minutes. Yellow gold Breguet hands.
Rhodium-plated movement with Geneva Striping decorations, straight line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and index regulator.
Dial, movement, case and cuvette signed.
