A very fine and elegant, keyless, platinum dress pocket watch. Made by Vacheron & Constantin, Genève Switzerland in the 1920’s.
Three-body case, polished and brushed case with an inclined bezel. Brushed silver dial with applied white gold Breguet numerals, engraved outer dot minute divisions, and subsidiary seconds. White gold cathedral hands.
Rhodium-plated movement with 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to 8 positions, flat balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial and movement signed and case punched B&M over G in an oval.
