Very rare Swiss 18 Carat gold open faced eight-day power reserve lever pocket watch, circa 1920. Lever movement with a rare and very fine calibre, 21 jewels, eight-day power reserve, a fine adjusting device, adjusted in eight positions.
Solid case with the escutcheon of a nobleman on the back. A gilt dial with Roman hours, outer minute divisions, power reserve indication at 12 o’clock, subsidiary seconds at 6 and blued hands. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered.
