A rare Italian silver open faced quarter repeating virgule coach clock with quarter hour/hour strike and alarm, circa 1810. Full plate movement, four barrels, four hammers, five-arm brass balance. White enamel dial with Arabic hours, outer minute track, central alarm hand and blued Breguet hands. A lacquered case with brass sound holes, strike deactivation and a rear bell. Movement signed.
