A 14 carat rose gold open faced Glashütte pocket watch, circa 1912. Sold on February 24th, 1912, for 232 marks to the Gebr. Eppner in Berlin. ¾ Plate movement, DUF, a lever escapement and gold screw compensation balance. White enamel dial with Arabic hours, an outer minute track, a sunk center and subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, blued spade & whip hands. A plain monogrammed case. Dial signed by the watchmaker, case and movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker, cuvette signed Gebr. Eppner Berlin, movement and case with matching numbers.
