A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced key wound ladies’ pocket watch, circa 1775. The movement with a verge escapement. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost Arabic five minute numerals and decorative, stone set hands. The case back with the dedication engraving March 6, 1943, Simonella. Dial signed, movement numbered. Comes with the original key.
