A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold, diamond and sapphire set skeletonized manual winding pocket watch made by International Watch Company Schaffhausen, circa 1989. Sold in October 1989. The movement with a lever escapement. The bezels and bow of the hexagonal case are set with diamonds and sapphires. A skeletonized dial with original black leaf hands. Case signed and numbered, movement signed. Comes with the original fitted presentation box, a certificate, pouch and hang tag.
