A fine, rare Swiss 18 carat gold keyless lever pocket watch with skeletonized movement, circa 1989. Made to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Tir Cantonal, Vaudois, Lausanne in 1989. Hand engraved, skeletonized gilt movement, bar caliber, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, mono-metallic compensation balance, flat balance spring, shock absorber. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer gilt dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and original black Louis XV hands. Polished and frosted case, the back cast with the design of the cathedral of Lausanne, surrounded by the inscription 50e Tir Cantonal Vaudois Lausanne 1989. Dial, case and movement signed.
