A very fine and unusual Swiss, 18K yellow gold and leather lady’s brooch watch with Patek Philippe yellow gold brooch fitting, circa 1989. Made in a limited edition for the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe in 1989. A polished case, curved bezel, bar and triple fluted single lug, five oval-link and bar brooch fitted to a leather bow.
White enamel dial, painted with Breguet numerals, outer minute track. Black Breguet hands. Quartz, six jewels, one adjustment. Dial, case and movement signed.

Production of this reference, intended to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe by bringing back the lapel watch, started in 1989. It was made in 50 pieces were made with a leather bow, 50 with a velvet bow, 50 with a suede bow.
