An unusual Swiss, 18 carat yellow gold and leather lady’s brooch-lapel watch with Patek Philippe yellow gold brooch, circa 1989. Made in a limited edition of 50 pieces for the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe in 1989. A polished case, curved bezel, bar and triple fluted single lug, five oval-link and bar brooch fitted to a leather bow.
White enamel dial, painted with Breguet numerals, outer minute track and gold Breguet hands. Quartz, six jewels, one adjustment. Dial, case and movement signed.
