Sterling silver and gold keyless lever watch

A fine and rare Swiss sterling silver and rose gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1910. The gilt brass movement with a straight line lever escapement, 15 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, a cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and an index regulator. White enamel dial with black Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost black Arabic five minutes, inner red Arabic 24 hour numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and original, rose gold spade hands. The plain case with rose gold details. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered. Comes with an Extract from the Archives.
