A very fine Swiss 18 carat white gold, diamond and emerald set open faced keyless dress watch with matching chain made by Vacheron Constantin SA in Geneva, circa 1960. The rhodium plated movement with Geneva striping decoration and stamped with the Seal of the Geneva Quality Mark, 17 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, and a flat balance spring. Silvered dial with hour markers and dauphine hands. The brushed case with a snap on back, and diamond and emerald set bezel. Dial, case and movement signed, the case numbered twice.
