A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. Retailed by Gübelin AG in Lucerne. The movement with a lever escapement, 18 jewels and eight adjustments. Silvered dial with applied Breguet hour numerals, outer dot minute divisions, engine turned subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gold spade & whip hands. The case with Art Deco enamel decoration on both sides, a sapphire cabochon set crown and the inner hinged back is inscribed WmT. Roeseler, 1925. Dial signed by the retailer and watchmaker, case and movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker.
