A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Vacheron Constantin SA in Geneva, circa 1910. Retailed by Mascort & Bonturi in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The gilt movement with a Swiss lever escapement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, and wolf’s tooth winding. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, outer minute divisions, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gilt spade hands. The polished hinged case with a monogram on the back. Dial signed, case numbered, movement signed and numbered.
