A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1910. Retailed by Greenleaf-Crosby Co. in Jacksonville, Florida, U.S.A. The movement with a Swiss lever escapement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, wolf’s tooth winding and snail cam regulation. White enamel dial with bold Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel Breguet hands. An engine turned case. Dial, case and movement signed by the watchmaker, cuvette and movement additionally signed by the retailer, case numbered, cuvette and movement with matching numbers. Comes with the original fitted presentation box.
