A Swiss 14 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. The Swiss moustache lever movement with a cut and compensated bimetallic balance, and wolf’s tooth winding. Champagne coloured dial with a guilloché center, black Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel Breguet hands. The engine turned case with personal inscriptions on the cuvette. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered, cuvette and movement with matching numbers.
