An English 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless wind Kew A certified chronograph pocket watch made by Spiridion & Son in Cardiff, London Hallmarked for 1895. The gilt ¾ plate English lever movement with a cut and compensated bimetallic balance, marked Kew A. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions and Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute counter at 12, blued steel spade hands and a center chronograph hand. The heavy and polished hinged case with a chronograph button at 12. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered, case numbered and stamped P.W.
