Gold richly decorated keyless lever watch

An American 14 carat gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by the Elgin National Watch Company, Illinois, circa 1905. The Swiss lever movement with 15 jewels, and a cut and compensated bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, outer minute divisions, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel spade hands. The polished hinged case is engine turned and has applied three colour gold floral decoration on both sides, a further central vacant cartouche on the front and a stag on the back. Dial signed Elgin, case numbered, movement signed and numbered.
