A French 18 carat gold open faced quarter repeating key wind pocket watch made by Le Roy in Paris, circa 1830. The movement with a cylinder escapement, plain three arm balance and two polished hammers striking on two gongs. Silvered guilloché dial with black Roman hour numerals, outer minute divisions and gilt Breguet hands. The engine turned case with push repeat through the stem. Cuvette signed, the case is numbered twice.
