A very fine and thin Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless ladies’ pendant watch made by Vacheron Constantin SA in Geneva, circa 1910. The rhodium plated movement with 17 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with a flat balance spring and an index regulator. Matte silver dial with champlevé enamel Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, engine turned center and outermost border, original gold Breguet hands. The polished case with a concealed hinge and a hinged gold cuvette. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case and movement numbered.
