A Swiss gold and enamel key wind unusual form pocket watch by Vacheron & Constantin, circa 1870. Cylinder movement, 3-arm balance. Silvered dial with a foliate engraved centre, black Roman numerals and gilt Breguet-style hands. 18 Carat polished and engraved open face case, unusual form hinged, enamel decoration of a lady in costume to the front, blue enamel decoration to back. Signed cuvette.
