Heavy and large German 18 carat gold hunting cased quarter and hour repeating pocket watch, circa 1889. Glazed movement, early fine adjusting device, diamond endstone, gold lever, gold escape wheel, screwed gold chatons, quality 1A. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours and red minutes, (hardly visible very fine old hairline in the) subsidiary seconds scale, rose gold Louis XV hands. Plain, monogrammed Louis XV case à goutte. Dial and movement signed, case and movement with matching number. Comes with extract from the archives.
