Very early Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased ankerchronometer, circa 1860. Bridge movement with wolf’s toothing, early crown winding and moustache lever. Screwed white enamel dial with Roman numerals and steel Breguet hands. À goutte case, engine turned, reeded mid section. Dial, movement and cuvette signed, cuvette signed Patek, Philippe & Cie Genève – Invention & Exécution Patek, Philippe & Co à Genève, case and movement with matching number.
