A very fine Swiss 18 carat rose gold, enamel and diamond-set open faced cylinder pocket watch, circa 1910. Cylinder movement, crown winding. Decorative white enamel dial with black Arabic hours and outer minute dots, rose gold hands. Case engine-turned, with green translucent enamel, rim gold vine leaf decorated, three rose-cut diamond-set flowers on the back. Case numbered.
