A heavy Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased minute repeating lever pocket watch, circa 1880. Swiss movement, English construction with lever escapement, high precision calibre with 4/5 plate, seven gold screwed chatons, repeating the hours, quarter hours and minutes. White enamel dial Roman hours and outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, gold hands. Plain case, monogram on the back. Case stamped JL and numbered.
