An English fusee lever with a large chronometer balance in a silver open face case, circa 1828. Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement. Plain cock, polished steel regulator, large chronometer type compensation balance with two circular weights and two-timing screws, blue steel spiral hairspring. English lever escapement, escape pivots with endstones. White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gold Breguet hands. Plain silver open face case.
