A rare, interesting and early Danish 18 carat gold hunting cased quarter repeating lever pocket watch, circa 1870. Very rare calibre, fine lever movement, repeating the hours and quarter hours. Original white enamel dial with professionally restored hairlines, Roman hours and outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, steel Breguet hands. Plain case. Dial signed, case, cuvette and movement signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers.
