A fine Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced lever pocket watch with seconde morte and tandem winding, circa 1870. Early bar movement, tandem winding for simultaneous winding of the movement and the independent jumping seconds, lever escapement, extra-long regulator hand. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, blued steel hands. Engine-turned case. Cuvette signed and numbered.
