A yellow gold Swiss enamel and pearl set open faced center seconds watch made for the Chinese market, circa 1880. Gilt movement with duplex escapement, partially engraved with floral decoration, plain three arm balance, gilt engraved cuvette.
Cream enamel dial, Roman numerals.
Case with seed pearl decoration to the rims, the reverse with enamel scene of a mother and daughter taking an afternoon stroll, on translucent background with guilloché decoration, seed pearl set pendant and bow.
