A fine and unusual Swiss, keyless, 18K yellow gold lady’s pendant watch set with a diamond, circa 1901. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.Made for M. Scooler, New Orleans. A solid, entirely textured, case back with applied floral ornament set with a round diamond, gold hinged cuvette with peripheral inscription.

White enamel dial with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track with 5-minute gold markers. Yellow gold Louis XVI hands. Nickel-silver movement, 18 jewels, straight line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
