A fine American 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Tiffany & Co., circa 1920. It has a mechanical crown winding movement with a lever escapement. The champagne dial shows black Breguet style Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and blued steel Breguet style hands. The dial is signed TIFFANY & CO. It is housed in a round 18 carat solid yellow gold open faced case with a reverse back cover decorated with an engraved geometric Art Deco monogram. The interior is stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold and includes a fluted winding crown, a suspension bow, and an inner protective cuvette.
