An elegant and rare 18 Carat yellow gold pendant watch with blue enamel and diamonds with diamond set brooch, made by Foster & Co. in Boston, United States of America circa 1910. Three body case its back pierced and chased with floral motif and diamonds over a blue enamel cuvette, the interior of the cuvette with dedication and the case band and bezel engraved.
Enamel dial with gold Arabic numerals, outer minute dots, subsidiary seconds and gilt Louis XVI hands. Movement with Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, split bimetallic balance, flat balance spring and an index regulator.
