A unique Swiss/American platinum, diamond and sapphire set square shaped Art Deco lever pocket watch, circa 1920. Retailed by Tiffany’s. Fine precision movement by Patek Philippe, moustache lever escapement, wolf teeth, adjusted in eight positions.
Silvered dial with diamond hour indexes, an inner minute track and spade hands. A plain case, the front bezel and bow set with sapphires and diamonds.
Dial signed, case numbered, movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker and retailer, case and movement with matching numbers.

The case of this unique watch was made in the USA, its number matches that of the movement but is unsigned. The dial was probably specially made in the USA to fit the case due to its square shape. For many of their watches, Tiffany used movements from the best Geneva manufacturers.
