A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced key wind pocket watch, circa 1900. The watch features a mechanical movement with lever escapement. It has a white enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours, an outer minute track marked at five minute intervals with red Arabic numerals and filigree hands. The guilloché case has a central blank cartouche on the back and the cuvette is engraved Tête de Cheval. It comes with an 18 carat yellow gold chain with, slightly deformed, floret links, of which some are missing.
