A very fine and thin Swiss platinum open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1930. Rhodium-plated movement, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, 8 adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring. Matte silver dial with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer dot minute divisions, guilloché subsidiary seconds and original white gold cathedral hands. Solid case, polished, rounded bezel, case back with initials H.C.D. and engraved inside Haig C. Dilsizian 7-4-30. Dial and movement signed by watchmaker, case signed EER, case numbered.
