A very fine and rare Swiss platinum and rock crystal open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1920. A rhodium-plated movement by European Watch and Clock Co, Inc. with Geneva Striping decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, a cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel balance spring and index regulator. A small silver dial with engine-turned vertical lines, triangular hour indexes on the outer minute ring and blued steel Breguet hands. The rock crystal case with a faceted border on both sides, a platinum band and a triangular bow. Dial signed by the retailer, movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker, the case punch numbered. Comes with a fitted presentation box.
