A very fine and elegant, thin Swiss 18 carat white gold and diamond-set keyless lever dress watch, circa 1980s. Rhodium-plated movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and five positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. A hinged bell-shaped bow, sapphires. The dial with applied diamond indexes on a lapis lazuli chapter ring, the centre diamond-set and white gold dauphine hands. A polished and brushed case set with 50 diamonds, a sloped bezel and a snap-on back. Dial and case, movement signed and numbered.

Piaget SA is a Swiss luxury watchmaker and jeweller founded in 1874 by Georges Piaget, in the village of La Côte-aux-Fées, Switzerland. It has a thickness of 3.5 mm.
