A fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1927. Frosted gilt movement, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index. Hinged silver-gilt cuvette with engraved dedication. Two-tone gold dial with applied gold baton indexes and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and original gold baton hands. Solid, polished case, the back with engraved monogram. Dial and movement signed, case and movement numbered.
