A very fine, extra slim Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless lever dress watch, circa 1938-1939. Movement by European Watch & Clock Co Inc., Rhodium plated, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Matte silver dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track and original blued steel Breguet hands. Polished case. Dial signed Cartier, case with London import marks for 1938-1939.
