A very fine, elegant and thin French 18 carat gold and enamel keyless Belle Epoque dress watch, circa 1910. Gilt brass movement with bar caliber, 18 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator. Silver sunburst engine turned dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track and original blued steel Breguet hands. The case back is decorated with gold and translucent green enamel stripes, a central chased gold foliate rosette surrounded by white enamel beads, the bezel with white enamel beads, the bezel with white enamel inlay, the front bezel and bow are decorated to match. Dial signed, movement ring signed and case numbered.
