A fine, very rare Swiss silver open faced verge pocket watch with triple date calendar, zodiac indication and lunar calendar, circa 1810. Gilt brass full plate movement with ringed cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three armed balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock, steel endpiece, index regulator with silver scale. White enamel dial, small central meantime dial with Arabic numerals and outer dot minute divisions, six subsidiary dials on the border for the seconds, days of the week, months and their respective number of days, date, signs of the zodiac and lunar calendar, original gold hands. The case back engine turned, reeded band. Movement signed, case numbered.
