A very fine and rare, thin Swiss 18 carat white gold, platinum, enamel and diamond-set open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1920. A rhodium-plated movement with Geneva Striping decoration, Ø 36 mm, stamped twice with the Seal of the Geneva Quality Mark, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Brushed silver dial with champlevé Breguet hours, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel Breguet hands. The case back is overlaid with black enamel, a bezel en suite, the band and bow set with rose-cut diamonds, the winding crown set with a cabochon black onyx. Dial and case signed, movement signed and numbered.
