A highly complicated carriage clock, made by Carl Wurm Sr in Vienna, Austria, circa 1800. This watch features a beautifully preserved brass case, which is covered with leather and its enamel dial features and outer minute and hour track with Roman hour numerals and gilt hands. The highly complicated movement is equipped with a verge escapement and three barrels, probably for self strike, alarm and quarter repeater.
The movement is signed on the regulating disk.
