Fine gold open faced quarter repeater

An Austrian fine, rare gentleman’s quarter repeating pocket watch, circa 1810.
The case is 18 carat gold with a radial decorated and engraved back lid, a monogram, a reeded band, a pusher for repetition via pendant and case maker’s punch mark “OB”. The dial is gold with enamel cartouches, Arabic numerals, in the centre a polychrome opaque enamel plaque depicting “a fisher standing on a lakeside of an alpine landscape” and blued Breguet hands. And the movement is a full plate movement, frosted, gilt, with two hammers, two gongs, three arm brass balance and a fine florally engraved and pierced balance bridge.
