An English 18 carat gold keyless wind open faced pocket watch with start/stop seconds, Chester Hallmark for 1897. Gilt 3/4 plate English lever movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with black Roman numerals, black outer minute and 0-300 markers, black spade hands and centre seconds. Polished hinged case, start/stop slide at 2. Movement signed, case stamped S.Y.
